Online Rug Purchase Terms & Conditions

1. In-Store and Online Availability

Azari Rug Gallery operates both a physical retail showroom and an online store. Because our inventory is available for purchase in-store and online, a rug displayed as available online may occasionally be pending, on hold, or in the process of being purchased by a showroom customer.

2. Rug Availability

While we make every effort to keep our online inventory up to date, availability may change before an online order is processed. If the rug you purchased is no longer available, we will contact you promptly and provide an update regarding your order.

3. Rug Locating and Processing Time

Due to the size of our inventory and the fact that rugs may be located throughout our showroom and warehouse, please allow an average of 2–5 business days for us to locate, inspect, and prepare your rug for shipment. This timeframe does not include shipping or transit time.

4. Shipping

Standard shipping for online rug purchases is free of charge. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and carrier and are separate from the 2–5 business day locating and processing period.

5. Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return within one week (7 days) of receiving their rug. Once a return is requested and approved, the rug must be returned in its original condition, without damage, stains, alterations, or signs of misuse.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned rug, Azari Rug Gallery will issue a full refund provided the rug is returned in its original condition and meets the requirements of this return policy.

6. Return Shipping

While the original shipping for online purchases is provided free of charge, the cost of returning the rug to Azari Rug Gallery is the responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the rug is securely packaged and safely returned.

7. Customer Communication

We are committed to keeping our online customers informed throughout the purchasing process. If there are any delays, availability issues, or other circumstances that affect your order, we will communicate with you as soon as possible.
